The cheapest vulnerability to fix is the one found before release. PeakCyber’s source code analysis reviews your application code for security flaws, combining automated static analysis with manual review by experienced security engineers who understand how your code actually behaves.
What is secure code review?
Secure code review is a systematic examination of source code to find security weaknesses such as injection flaws, broken access control, unsafe cryptography, hardcoded secrets and logic errors. It reveals issues that are difficult or impossible to find from the outside, and it points developers to the exact line to fix.
Why combine tools and manual review?
Static analysis (SAST) tools scale well but produce false positives and miss context-dependent flaws. Manual review understands intent. We use tooling to cover breadth and expert review to validate findings and examine the areas that carry the most risk: authentication, authorization, payment flows, data handling and cryptography.
What we review
- Authentication, session and access control logic
- Input validation and output encoding
- Injection and deserialization risks
- Secrets, keys and credentials in code and configuration
- Cryptography and sensitive data handling
- Dependency use and unsafe third-party calls
- Error handling, logging and information leakage
Languages and frameworks
We review common enterprise stacks including Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, PHP and mobile codebases. Tell us about your stack and we will confirm coverage.
What you receive
- Executive summary with overall risk view
- Validated findings with code references and severity
- Specific, developer-ready remediation advice and secure coding guidance
- Optional CI/CD integration recommendations so issues are caught earlier
- Debrief with your development team
