AI and LLM Security Testing Services

Organizations are adding chatbots, copilots and AI agents to products and internal tools at record speed. These systems introduce risks that traditional testing was never designed to find: prompt injection, data leakage, manipulated outputs and agents that take actions on a user’s behalf. PeakCyber’s AI and LLM security testing helps you deploy AI features with confidence.

What is AI/LLM security testing?

It is a hands-on security assessment of applications built on large language models and other AI components. We attack the full system, including prompts, retrieval pipelines, plugins, tools, integrations and the surrounding application, using techniques informed by the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and current research in adversarial machine learning.

What we test

  • Prompt injection: direct and indirect, including malicious content in documents, web pages and emails the model reads
  • Jailbreaks and guardrail bypass: getting the model to ignore policies
  • Sensitive data disclosure: leakage of system prompts, training data, user data and internal documents
  • Insecure output handling: model output that triggers XSS, injection or unsafe actions downstream
  • Excessive agency: agents and tools with too many permissions, and abuse of function calling
  • RAG and vector database risks: poisoned or unauthorized data sources and access control gaps
  • Authentication and authorization around AI features and APIs
  • Abuse and cost risks: resource exhaustion, scraping and model misuse
  • Supply chain: third-party models, plugins and libraries

Our approach

  1. Architecture review: models, data flows, tools and trust boundaries
  2. Threat modeling specific to your AI use case
  3. Manual and automated adversarial testing
  4. Impact demonstration, such as unauthorized data access or action execution
  5. Reporting with practical mitigations and retesting

What you receive

  • Executive summary
  • Findings with reproducible prompts, evidence and impact
  • Recommendations for guardrails, architecture and access control
  • Debrief and retest

Frequently asked questions

1
Do you test third-party models like those from OpenAI or Anthropic?
We test your application and how it uses the model, within each provider's usage policies, rather than the provider's own infrastructure.
2
Can AI be made fully safe from prompt injection?
No technique eliminates it today. The goal is to limit what a successful attack can do through least privilege, validation and monitoring.
