What We Collect

Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message, and — if you choose to provide it — your company name. The form also records which language version of the site you were using.

Automatically collected technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider and the analytics tools described in the Cookies section below may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. The exact scope and retention period of this technical data is to be confirmed during legal review.

We do not currently operate any other data-collecting features (such as user accounts, e-commerce checkout, or a newsletter signup) on this website.

Purpose of Processing

How We Use It

Information submitted through the contact form is used to: (1) notify our team of your inquiry by email, (2) send you an automatic confirmation email, and (3) create or update a corresponding record in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can follow up with you.

Contact form submissions are processed through Brevo, a third-party email and CRM service provider, which sends the notification and confirmation emails and stores the resulting contact record on our behalf. Brevo's own data processing terms and the specific retention period of this data are to be confirmed during legal review.

We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal data collected through this website.

We have not yet finalized specific retention periods for contact form submissions, CRM records, or automatically collected technical data. These periods, and the legal basis for each, will be defined during legal review and published here once confirmed.

Your Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Depending on your location, your personal data may be protected under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and/or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Both frameworks generally give you the right to: know whether your data is being processed; request access to your data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion or erasure of your data; object to certain processing; and request that your data be transferred to another controller (data portability), where applicable.
